| Sexuality should almost be included in the Leisure and Fun section! But we will keep it separate as there is so much information about living a happy, healthy and fun sexual life that it deserves a category all on its own. It’s ok to talk about sex and our sexuality as we are all adults. Too many relationships between men and women (or different variations of this) do not live up to their potential as we as adults do not have (or make use of) the education material, tools, maps, tests and information for us to live a happy and fulfilling intimate relationship. We tend to get lost along the way and tend to stress out about the one thing that should give us the most joy. So be silly, start dating again, be sexy and dream of what all your intimate relations could be. Be a lover, as well as a friend. |
